Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • In case of late arrival: it is necessary to inform the hotel at least 48 hours in advance. Please call the reception desk at +39 389 6669171 to arrange for automatic check-in.
  • Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

Supplements and Extra Beds

  • Extra Bed: available upon request, with an additional cost of 10€ per day for the entire duration of the stay.
  • Requests must be indicated at the time of booking or before arrival.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed on the property, with the following charges:
    • 10€ for medium-sized dogs.
    • 15€ for large dogs.
  • These charges apply for the entire duration of the stay.
  • It is forbidden to leave pets unattended in the common areas of the property.

Partnered Parking

  • The hotel is partnered with Parcheggio Coin, located nearby.
  • Daily Rate: 20€ (24 hours).
  • Parking closure hours: from 20:00 to 08:00.
  • It is advisable to book the parking space in advance.

General Rules

  • Property Keys: at check-in you will receive the keys for self-access to the hotel. It is your responsibility to keep them safe.
  • Night Access: after 20:30, entry is possible only with the personal keys provided.
  • Quiet Hours: quiet is requested during the night (from 22:00 to 08:00).

Payments and Bookings

  • Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or debit card.
  • Any additional charges will be settled at check-in or before departure.
